We follow a five-day work week system with at least 120 days off yearly. Aside from paid leave, we also provide additional summer/winter leave, celebratory & bereavement leave, and maternity/childcare leave. In regards to our work environment, fully remote work is possible*. In addition, if working face-to-face is more your style, feel free to utilize the Wit One offices, which offer a relaxed atmosphere and casual dress code*.
